"From Epigenome towards Epitranscriptome in Cell Fate Choice"

The Workshop will highlight new advances in epigenomic and epitranscriptomic fields with a particular focus on how they control stem cell behaviour and morphogenesis/development, and how their defects lead to disease state with particular emphasis to cancer. The Workshop will encourage a motivated and multidisciplinary group of investigators to conceive innovative approaches to understand biological function and to pave the way towards the translation of epigenomic and epitranscriptomic concepts in clinics and in biotechnological applications.
Topics that will be covered include:

1. Dynamic DNA and RNA modifications: writers, erasers, and readers
2. Decoding the function of DNA and RNA modifications: Insights from epigenome editing and other approaches
3. DNA and RNA epigenetics in stem Cell and development
4. Epigenomes and epitranscriptomes: a gateway to understanding diseases.
