Laboratories already receiving funding in SGA2 are allowed to apply for this CEoI budget, but they should not account for more than 40% of the allocation. In other words, at least 60% of the proposal budget must be assigned to laboratories that are not yet receiving funding from the HPB Consortium. A laboratory that is not currently receiving SGA2 funding, but which is part of a university or organisation in which another laboratory is already receiving SGA2 funding, is eligible for the 60% portion. This rule allows (but does not force) new laboratories to directly start with a close collaboration with already integrated laboratories.
Proposals can only be submitted by organisations established in the EU Member States or Horizon 2020 associated countries.
