Antonio Cerasa

Prof. Antonio Cerasa is the acting director of the Biomedical Sciences Department of the CNR.

He's also been director of the IBSBC-CNR in Milan and president of CNR Area Mi4. IBSBC is a renamed institute engaged in several fields of research on the exposome effects.
Antonio Cerasa is the scientific referent in the agreement between CNR and Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi ONLUS for the implementation of the Health Data-Space of Neurorehabilitation & Neurorehabilomics infrastructure.
He is also a spoke leader of the National Biodiversity Future Center (NBFC) project (spoke 6).
Antonio Cerasa is a part-time lecturer of "General Psychology" at the University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro and a scientific writer for several popular magazines, and some of his books have also been translated into other countries, such as China.
Author and co-author of more than 240 publications indexed in MedLine [H-Index: 56], he’s received several international awards (from OHBM and ECTRIMS) and a national prize for science dissemination. Moreover he is in the list of World's Top 2% Scientists.
