The Medical Research Council Toxicology Unit is an internationally renowned institution delivering field-changing mechanistic insights into toxicology and disease.  The Apoptosis and Cancer Group led by Gerry Melino, established in 2004, publishes extensively in high impact factor journals. We are now looking for a Career Development Fellow to join the group working on cancer biology.
This is a three year training and development position suitable for a scientist who has just completed (or about to complete) their PhD or those wishing to move into a new research discipline. Candidates should have a background and interest in apoptosis and cancer with experience of cellular and molecular biology and/or biochemistry.
The starting salary will be in the range £26,022 - £27,623 per annum.
